          Do you offer free shipping

          Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $69 USD. For orders under $69, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

          Do you ship to all countries?

          Almost. If we ship to your country, it will be available for selection when entering your shipping address during checkout.

          When will you ship my order?

          We aim to ship in-stock items within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.

          How long does it take to receive my order?

          U.S. orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
          Outside of the U.S., they are delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
          If you order over 1pcs item, we may send out multi-parcels from different warehouses, the parcels did not come on the same day, kindly wait patiently for all parcels to arrive in the next few days.

          Are there duty & custom fees associated when ordering?

          Most of our pricing includes duties, taxes, and fees for many countries. However, in some cases, additional fees may be required when your parcel arrives, and you'll need to handle these with your local customs.

          When your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your account and you will receive a tracking number notification email as well.

          What to do if the package is lost or stolen?

          Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" when they’re still en route. In most cases, the package will arrive within 3-5 business days.
          If your package hasn’t arrived after 5-7 days, and you’ve checked around your address, please contact Customer Service at service@sthcute.com for help.
          Please note: Sthcute is not liable for packages marked as delivered or any theft after delivery. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

          Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

          We encourage you to double-check your address before submitting your order. Once your package has been shipped, it’s generally difficult to change the address, but we’ll do our best to assist! If the shipping company allows the change, there may be an additional service fee, which will depend on their policy and the circumstances.

          Do you accept shipping to P.O. Box address?

          Return & Exchange

          What is your return policy?

          We know online shopping doesn’t always work out as expected. If the fit or style isn’t quite right, Sthcute is happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

          How do I make a return?

          1. Contact Us: Send us an email via service@sthcute.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
          2. Prompt Support: Our team will respond within 24 business hours to assist you with your return.
          3. Return Process: We'll process the Return for you and send the item back to our warehouse. If it’s not a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

          Heads up!

          1. All returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition. If the item is worn, altered, washed, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

          2. Some items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are clearly marked on product pages, in your cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

          When will I receive my refund?

          Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return at our center. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return is verified and the refund is issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

          Can I exchange it for a different size?

          If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to our customer service team at service@sthcute.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

          I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?

          If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.

          What is your cancellation policy?

          Orders can usually be canceled if they haven’t been processed by our fulfillment team. However, since our system is fully automated, the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to go through our return process once you receive it.

          Can I add items to an existing order?

          Unfortunately, our system doesn't support order edits. To make changes, you must contact support team via service@sthcute.com to cancel the existing order if possible and then place a new order.
